I Description of property

A single family dwelling with over 12,000 square feet of roof tile.

II Description of problem

The executor of this estate, hearing of neighboring homes having problems with bats living under the roof tiles, was worried about bats entering this home. With maternity season arriving and the home being for sale, if bats entered the home during maternity season it could damage potential sale opportunities.

III Method used

FOB was contacted and hired to place exclusion nets over the roof structure to prevent bats from entering the structure. This job was performed in conjunction with another job in the same neighborhood. The home required over 6,500 square feet of exclusion net to cover the entire roof. Although no bats were present,t the home had to be serviced as if there were.

IV Unique attributes of project

The main concern was installing the net so that it was not visible to potential buyers. The photo shown is with the exclusion nets installed.

V Project duration

This job was completed in 2 days.
