I Description of property
This complex consists of 51 residential multistory
complexes, a marina structure, maintenance building and a main
clubhouse.
II Description of problem
This job required the safe exclusion of a colony
of bats estimated to number well over 100,000.
Each resident building required over 18,000 square
feet of exclusion netting and the three other structures required
over 50,000 square feet, totaling well over 1 million square feet
of material.
IV Unique attributes of project
Bat houses were installed at the beginning of the process
and were occupied after less than one week. Many of
the bats from this colony have also taken up residence
in the same bridge as the Windjammer bats.
These two bat houses pictured became occupied one day
after the exclusion.

With a crew of 6 Florida staff members and two of our New Jersey
staff the project took approximately 120 days to complete.
