Service Specifications
Exclusion:is a detailed process that allows bats to safely leave their roost sites but does not allow them to return. Our exclusion process is customized for each type of structure. A specific program will be designed for your facility to exclude all bats. Once all the bats have been safely excluded, all roost sites will be permanently sealed. This work may be guaranteed for up to 10 years with renewals.
Removal:in some rare instances removal may be performed in conjunction and/or instead of exclusion. If this option is chosen, all bats will be safely contained and removed from the facility.
Sanitizing & Odor Neutralizing:Roost sites will be treated with sanitizing & odor neutralizing agents which will aid in removal of the odor from the guano (droppings). The roost sites may also be serviced with a suction device that will remove most of the droppings and debris. Once the roost sites have been vacated a special bat repellent may also be applied. A special pest & parasite elimination service will be performed as well.
Why Use a Bat Expert to Get the Bats Out: Bat work can be very dangerous. Because of their ability to fly, bats usually choose roost areas in roofs and other areas of great heights. Often there are odors associated with the droppings (guano). Bats are wild animals and should only be handled by trained bat professionals. There are laws protecting bats, use of pesticides or injuring or killing bats could result in fines.
We have guaranteed methods which provide immediate results with no harm to the bats. We are trained Rescue experts. We are knowledgeable in how to properly identify and handle bats. At FRIENDS of BATS, we work with and handle bats every day. We are licensed, insured and have been working with bats for many years. So use an expert.....choose  FRIENDS of BATS.
